Our custom massage sessions are all inclusive. That means you pay nothing for upgrades like cupping and topical ointments. Hot packs and aromatherapy are included with every session.

During a hypnotherapy session...
You will be guided into a state of deep relaxation. You could call it Guided Therapeutic Imagery. You will always be in control; you will hear everything; you will not feel hypnotized--you will feel relaxed; and you will only do what you WANT to do. You will be in an awake state of relaxation. You must be able to follow instructions and use/have an active imagination (we all have imaginations--as adults we tend to not use it as much as when we are kids--but we all have it!).
You will be given suggestions geared towards your goals which is the reason you want hypnotherapy. The suggestions will be created at the beginning of the session.
